Usually, some technical proposals and official quotation will be offered for FREE base on your design drawings or original samples. Prototyping and production will be arranged after the agreement.

How can you make sure the quality after we place the order?

Material Inspection - Check material surfaces and dimensions, verifying the mill certificate.

First piece inspection - Ensure critical dimensions in mass production.

In progress inspection - Check the quality and dimension radomly during production.

Final inspection - 100% inspection by QC assistant before shipment.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 10-15 days for prototyping or moulding, 20-30 days for mass production depends on the specific project and quantity.
